How is your service different from those provided by other companies?
Qmtindia.com is owned and managed by physicians, John J. Sinha and Deepali Sinha. We understand the professional requirements of other professionals better than most companies do. We provide personalized services to each and every one of our clients. We understand the need for quality and accuracy like no one else!
Can you work on EMRs/EHRs?
Yes, we can provide transcription services/data entry into your EMR/EHR platforms. You can continue to dictate your notes like you used to and we can integrate the charting into your EMR/EHR. This will help you focus your precious time on your patients and result in increased revenues for your practice.
Can you work on practice management software for Australian/New Zealand-based doctors and practices?
Yes, we have nearly 18 years’ experience working with Australian and New Zealand doctors and practices where we have seamlessly integrated the transcription solutions with the existing practice management softwares.
Can I dictate on my mobile phone? Can you type my dictations generated from my mobile phone?
Yes, you can dictate using the various dictations apps from your iPhone, Android, or Windows phones, and upload them to our secure server. We will send you back the transcripts back to you on our secure server. Alternatively, they can be uploaded to your servers, as requested.
I do not use a digital recorder or mobile phone app to dictate. Can you provide a 1800 number for me to dictate my notes?
Yes, we can provide you with a 1800 number you can call and dictate your notes securely (password protected). Please contact us for further details.
What kind of audio files do you work with?
We work with a wide variety of files like wav, mp3, dct (encrypted using Express Dictate), ra and rm (RealAudio), dss (Olympus, Lanier and Grundig), au, aif, sri (VoiceIt), vox, mp2, vox, compressed wav (including PCM, uLaw, ALaw, ADPCM, CELP, SBC, Windows Media, DSP TrueSpeech, GSM 6.10), msv and dvf files (Sony Recorders) Philips Digital Recorder format, Sanyo Digital Recorder format and more.
We transcribe dictations recorded using the Express Dictation Software. You can dictate using conventional recorders or via your PC/Mac, or even directly via your Android/Iphone apps.
How do I get billed? How do I make payments?
We send invoices every two or four weeks. You can pay in your own currency (eg., US Dollars, Australian Dollars, GB Pounds) via personal/company checks, wire transfer, PayPal, etc.
How do I send you files ?
You can upload the files to our secure server. Alternatively, if you so desire, we can retrieve/work on files on your own servers.
What are your rates?
We offer a host of services and not just voice transcription. Please look under SERVICES link ( Our Services) to read further details. Please contact us for detailed rates. Once we know your requirements (voice dictation, EMR integration, data entry, turn-around time, specialty, etc., we will revert back to you with the most competitive rate.
What will be the turn-around time?
The turn-around time will vary from 12 to 48 hours. We also do STAT files, providing instant turn-around time whenever requested. Please contact us further details.
What accents do you have experience working with?
We have extensive experience with the American, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, British, Middle East, Chinese, Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Malaysian, Russian, Italian, Spanish accents and many more!
I want to continue dictating on my dictaphone/digital recorder/mobile device/PC as I am used to. Can you complete my EMR?
Yes, many doctors still prefer to continue to dictate their notes in order to save time and focus on their patients. We will use your notes and enter the data into your EMR platform.
I have my own office typist. Can you update my EMR from her typed documents?
Yes, we are already doing this for some of our clients. Please contact us for further details.
What happens if I suddenly require old reports on a particular patient? Can you help me with that?
Yes, we can maintain your archives securely using encryption and retrieve them for you whenever requested. This is done, however, only on request of the client.
